The Process
First, Contact me to schedule an initial consultation, which will help you determine if I’m the right coach for you.
If we think we would be a good match and could work well together, we will schedule weekly/semi-monthly/or monthly appointments, making sure the dates and times are convenient for us both. How long you choose to benefit from our ongoing coaching relationship is up to you, but I recommend a minimum of three months.
You will receive a welcome packet with relevant details about how the coaching relationship works, a Coaching Agreement, a Life Satisfaction Survey, and a LJC prep form to help you make the most of your coaching right from the start.
